I completely agree. This text accurately shows that Resolution 2803 is not a genuine pathway to Palestinian self-determination, but rather a continuation of the same old pattern in which the fate of the Palestinian people is decided without their presence or consent. When a country that has actively supported Israel militarily and politically is suddenly presented as a “neutral mediator,” the legitimacy of the entire process is undermined.

Ignoring foundational resolutions, the ICJ ruling, and issues like occupation, settlements, and the right of return demonstrates that the primary goal is not peace, but managing the situation in favor of the occupier. The support of Arab states for this arrangement further confirms that maintaining a regional order takes precedence over protecting Palestinian rights. Terms like “Board of Peace” and “Stabilization Force” are merely euphemisms for harsh realities and do not create a real path toward Palestinian independence and sovereignty.

As long as the will and voice of the Palestinian people are not central to decision-making, no diplomatic pathway or resolution can bring true freedom or justice.

I completely understand what you’re saying. It’s really hard to believe that a country which has been one of the main forces perpetuating this violence is now pretending to be a neutral arbiter. This resolution feels more like a continuation of the same old American policy—one that always speaks the language of peace but, in practice, reinforces the conditions of occupation.

Your words were precise and painful, and they highlight more than anything how decisions continue to be made without any real Palestinian participation.

At times, history moves with such contradiction that it feels as though the world is staring into a shattered mirror. How can we expect justice from a power that has played a role in shaping the suffering itself? A peace born from imbalance is nothing more than an imposed silence, not reconciliation.

As long as the judge and the accused are the same, truth will neither be heard nor given the chance to emerge.

Self-determination is not a gift from the powerful; it is a right born with every beating heart. And a world that ignores this truth is destined to repeat the same cycle of pain

Exactly true 👌🥺🤍🕊

Your critique correctly highlights a fundamental contradiction in Resolution 2803: a country that has played a direct role in perpetuating violence and supporting the occupation is now in the position of a “peace broker.” The explicit omission of principles of international law including resolutions 242 and 338 and the International Court of Justice’s opinion shows that the framework is designed not to end the occupation, but to manage it.

Your reference to “trusteeship” is very accurate, because a plan written without real Palestinian participation, expecting them to “disarm” without ending the occupation, is effectively a continuation of the same colonial logic of the past. The reaction of Arab and Islamic countries also demonstrates the primacy of political considerations over the principles of justice and the rights of the Palestinian people.Ultimately, your central point is clear: no plan that excludes the Palestinians from deciding their own fate is legitimate and can lead to lasting peace. Whatever name it is given, its essence remains the same.

I don’t think you could have been more devastatingly clear, or more accurate highlighting the compounded betrayals, and lies that prance about the world in full view to humiliate, and dehumanize the Palestinian people, all as a pretense to steal Palestinian land by obliterating Palestinian right to rule, self sovereignty, autonomy, life, culture, and a future for the people of Palestine, the rightful heirs to the state of Palestine, with Jerusalem as her capital.

Thanks for your most timely, and important article. As always, you provide the clearest, most trusted, directly accessible information, realistic analysis, and a forward thinking vision that helps us imagine how to move forward in solidarity.

In the U.S., the dinosaur diehard members of Congress who desperately seek to garner support, and aid for Israel are now being drowned out by former MAGA voices disgusted with an Israel First agenda, and it’s spreading into local communities, and vociferous town hall meetings.

Groypers, and many red state MAGAs see their Sultanistic authoritarian ruler who promised America First dismantle institutions, destroy vulnerable Americans through enforced poverty, and devastatingly real loss of all healthcare while sending billions to Israel, and propping up other foreign despots like Argentina.

The lie of America First, Draining the Swamp, no foreign wars, and aid for foreign countries, and hatred of a centralized elitist government has irrevocably split MAGA.

They feel their movement was stolen by DJT, and rebranded.

A few have made this clear with their observation that one is either America First or Israel First, the primary issue!

More, and more younger Americans will not support the Gaza genocide, and as this division becomes louder, DJT, and his bootlickers turn up the pain volume with a “flood the zone” approach to quell the public, and keep Americans divided.

It’s heartbreaking to read this. The situation is so complex and painful, and it’s hard not to feel the weight of injustice and suffering on both sides. 💔

"Resolution 2803 raises serious questions about the neutrality of the United States and its impact on the future of Palestine. How can a country that has supported violent actions be considered a peace overseer

Thank you for this detailed and powerful analysis. You clearly outline how Resolution 2803 perpetuates injustice under the guise of peace, and the ways in which Palestinian rights and self-determination are sidelined. Your words remind us that real accountability and genuine sovereignty cannot be granted by the occupiers or external powers, but must come from the persistence and resilience of the Palestinian people themselves. I deeply appreciate the clarity and courage in your writing.

This resolution isn’t a pathway to justice, it’s a mechanism for managing a people instead of recognizing their rights. When those who enabled the violence are empowered to dictate the terms of peace, the outcome is not liberation but control. True self-determination cannot be overseen by the very powers that undermined it.”
